Service Description
We all know how challenging it can be to continue to care for others without investing in our own wellbeing first. If you don't take time for yourself regularly, your tank will become depleted and this pattern will inevitably impact the amount you are able to care for your clients, family, and friends. Join us for a self care journey to re-learn lost self-preservation techniques and to incorporate new ones into your daily routine. Together we will share our stories, process our thoughts and feelings, and explore new territory in the wellness, mindfulness, and productivity arenas. Topics up for review are as follows: -Sleep Hygiene -Nutrition -Stress Management -Effective Communication -Boundary Setting -Productivity Tips We will meet once a week for a 6 week workshop in a small group batch setting to share personal stories and cover new territory for sustainable self care.
